I received the replacement UV bulb yesterday that you sent based on the fact that the first one was broken when the container was opened.

Unfortunately, I had opened the first container several months after I ordered it and never opened it when it arrived to check to see if it was OK.

So, despite the fact that you were under no obligation to replace it, I want you to know that I really appreciate you doing this.

The new bulb arrived intact and I will get it installed right away.

I also want you to know that for all future business I will return to Ohio Pure Water Co given the high level of service you provide to customers like me.

Thank you for replacing that bulb, and rest assured that all future shipments will be checked right away upon arrival.

First off I would like to say that your customer service is top notch.

My unit was damaged in shipping. I received a replacement Fleck valve within a few days. I received a call last evening from a very patient individual, Charlie I believe, who walked me through the replacement procedure of my tank and replacement fleck valve onto the new tank. This was at 7pm, long after normal business hours.

The system was replacing a 20 year old unit purchased from you which I had zero issues with until now. The replacement was easy with Charlie coaching me via phone.

If we need another unit because of a home purchase or if we replace this one in 15-20 years, we'll definitely be calling you. We're your customer for life.

Ohio Pure Water has been absolutely the best!

From sales, where they answered all of my questions (quite patiently, I might add, as I am a novice when it comes to water softeners), to assistance after I ran into problems (of my own making) during installation.

Charlie Moore actually called me back on his day off to help.

He was so patient, thorough and knowledgeable, and I can’t thank him enough.
